For the past several months they have been working on a custom Mitsubishi Evolution VIII monster powered by a turbocharged 5.3 L LSx V8. The engine produces 811 horsepower to all four wheels on low boost with means there is still plenty left. They recently took the Evo to the strip and made a 9.217 sec quarter-mile at 144.2 mph (232.117 kph). You can expect the times to lower as they continue to refine the car.
