IOD Performance<\/a> was tasked with upgrading the powertrain in this Nissan Patrol (Y61). In the engine bay they swapped a 6.2 L LS3 V8 capable of 462 hp and 620 Nm of torque. IOD Performance supported the new motor with an upgraded fuel system, 4-inch intake, oil cooler, and 3.5-inch stainless steel exhaust. IOD Performance also swapped the factory transmission for an 8HP70 eight-speed automatic transmission running on a Turbo Lamik TCU<\/a>. The 8HP transmission bolts to the engine using a PMC Motorsport adapter<\/a> and to the Nissan transfer case using an IOD Performance adapter<\/a>. <\/p>\n
