Under the custom hood is a 529 ci Boss Nine V8 from <a href=\"https:\/\/jonkaaseracingengines.com\">Jon Kaase Racing Engines<\/a> making 770 hp (566 kW). Behind that is a <a href=\"https:\/\/tremec.com\/aftermarket\/products\/tkx\/\">Tremec TKX<\/a> five-speed manual transmission and 9-inch rear end with a Posi limited-slip differential. The car rides on a custom suspension developed by Gary Yorston with custom coilovers, four-wheel disc brakes, and Mike Curtis custom wheels. JF Launier spent a lot of time on the body installing the fastback roofline from a 1968 Mustang.
