The car is powered by a 3.6 L V8 (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/List_of_discontinued_Volkswagen_Group_petrol_engines#3.6_V8_32v_184_kW\">PT<\/a>) usually found in an <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Audi_V8\">Audi V8<\/a>. These motors were naturally aspirated but Arne&#8217;s V8 is built to handle boost from two Xona turbochargers. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tme_mapping\/\">Tille Motorsport Engineering<\/a> (TME) tuned the motor and it made 1180 hp and 1380 Nm of torque. Behind it is a ZF 8HP65 automatic transmission contolled by paddle shifters and a <a href=\"https:\/\/htg-tuning.com\/gcu\/\">HTG transmission controller<\/a>. VeeDubRacing recorded the car&#8217;s best quarter-mile at the event of a 9.04 sec at 155 mph.
