In the back of the car is a 462 ci (7.5 L) LSx V8 built by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gromm.racing\/\">Groom Racing Engines<\/a>. It features a LSR block, forged internals, SC2 heads, nitrous system, and custom Borla 8-to-1 equal-length exhaust manifold. The motor produces 1012 hp at 9,500 rpm and transfers that to the wheels through a <a href=\"https:\/\/weddleindustries.com\/transaxles\/weddle-s4s5-series\">Weddle S5<\/a> five-speed sequential transaxle. The Corvette also features a Liberty Walk Performance bodykit.
