The car originally came with a 307 ci Oldsmobile V8 and 200-4R four-speed automatic transmission. Tommy and Joel swapped those for a 455 ci big-block V8 built by Mondello Performance capable of 540 lb-ft (732 Nm) of torque and a <a href=\"https:\/\/monstertransmission.com\/collections\/transmissions-chevy-700r4\">Monster Transmission 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission<\/a>. They also swapped the factory rear end for a Quick Performance 9-inch rear end with a 3.50 ratio. Tommy and Joel installed a full Ridetech air suspension controlled by their <a href=\"https:\/\/ridetech.com\/product-category\/products\/air_suspension\/air-ride-suspension-control-systems\/\">RidePRO E5 air ride control<\/a>. They included Ridetech&#8217;s StreetGrip swap bars, drop spindles, and StrongArms control arms. They replaced the factory brakes with Wilwood six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes. Those are covered by Weld wheels with Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires (235\/40, 255\/45).
