Wagler Competition<\/a> unveiled their new billet DX500 Duramax V8<\/a> engine at SEMA 2016. After pushing the factory Duramax platform to its limit they decided to build their own version from the ground up. The 500 ci engine they brought to SEMA features a PSI 210D screw blower producing 65-75 psi of boost and two Precision ProMod 102 turbochargers producing 140 psi of boost. To keep the engine cool and safe Wagler also installed a Nitrous and water-methanol injection systems. All together they help the engine produce 3,500 horsepower.<\/p>\n
