The project started with a cheap Peugeot 206 that was heading to the scrap yard. Tal removed the Peugeot underpinnings and swapped a 2003 Subaru WRX floorpan and powertrain. The Peugaru is now powered by a turbocharged 2.1 L EJ20 flat-four featuring a closed-deck block, forged pistons and rods, factory heads, STI injectors, and VF36 turbocharger. Behind that is a factory-spec WRX five-speed manual transmission and AWD drivetrain.
