The car came from the factory with a 2.2 L H22A4 inline-four. However in 2009 they installed another 2.2 L H22A4 inline-four in the back of the car for a Senior project at Oregon Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n<p><a Combined they produce 400 hp and 312 lb-ft of torque. The motors run factory ECUs, aluminum radiators, and Turbo mufflers. This involved designing a custom chassis using CAD. The certified welder fabricated the chassis using 1.75-inch DOM tubing and certified by a welding inspector.
