Formonster Racing<\/a> spent 10 months building their 2004 BMW E46. The sedan is now powered by a turbocharged 4.0 L Ford Barra (FG) inline-six capable of 816 hp (608 kW) to the wheels on a Haltech Elite 250 ECU and low boost. The motor features an Atomic Performance longblock<\/a>, forged rods and pistons, block gridle, Pulsar PSR 7170G turbocharger, and Zoo Performance 150 mm Comp Series intercooler. Behind the motor is a Powerglide two-speed automatic transmission, custom 1-piece driveshaft, and RacingDiffs 188 mm Stage 4 rear differential.
