It is now powered by a 2.4 L Honda K24 inline-four sitting on <a href=\"https:\/\/innovativemounts.com\/collections\/mounts\/2000-2005-toyota-mrs\">Innovative swap mounts<\/a>. The motor features Skunk2 Stage 2 camshafts, custom exhaust, Bosch fuel injectors, GSC Power Division Beehive valve springs and retainers, Skunk2 intake manifold, and Type S oil pump. It runs on a Hondata V4 ECU with a Rywire Motorsports engine harness. The motor is paired to a six-speed manual transmission from an Acura RSX Type S. The MR2&#8217;s handling is improved thanks to BC coilovers, TRD front strut bar, Cusco rear strut bar, and TRD underbrace kit.
