For those that need more power Hennessey Performance developed the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hennesseyperformance.com\/vehicles\/dodge-challenger-demon-170-upgrades\/\">Demon 1700<\/a>\u201d upgrade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hennesseyperformance.com\/news\/hennessey-plotting-1700-hp-twin-turbo-upgrade-for-dodge-demon-170\/\">starting at $200,000<\/a>. The upgrade offers 1725 hp (1268 kW) and 1400 lb-ft (1898 Nm) of torque thanks to a built 440 ci (7.2L) Hemi V8 helped by two Precision PT6870 turbochargers making 22.5 psi (1.5 bar) of boost. Hennessey pairs the power plant with a Stage 3 automatic transmission, upgraded driveshaft, and 3.09 ratio differentials.
