The SUV is now powered by a supercharged LS3 V8 producing 400 kW (536 hp) thanks to a Harrop 2300 supercharger. That is paired to a manualized Turbo 400 automatic transmission and Advance Adapters Atlas 4-speed transfer case. Power is transferred to axles with air locking differentials. The FJ45 body sits on a 80-series-style custom chassis with a parallel 5-link front suspension and triangulated 4-link rear suspension.
