The Corona was Mitch&#8217;s daily driver and he decided to build it for the Silver State Classic Challenge but after completing it in 2004 it has never competed. The powertrain consists of a 4.0 L 1UZ-FE V8 and four-speed automatic from a 1992 Lexus SC400 connected to a Speedway quick-change solid axle.
