This 1996 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV was imported from Japan to Canada. Some point after that it received a turbocharged 2.4 L 4G63\/64 inline-four. The motor features a 2.4 L 4G64 block from a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse with a forged crank and Manley rods and pistons. On tops sits a 4G63 head from a 1998 Evo V with HKS 280 camshafts, V-Kinetic Zero Tick lifters, and GSC Power Division dual valve springs. Boost is generated by an Art Gennari Turbo 3586 turbocharger while fuel is provided by FIC 1650 cc injectors by a Walbro 450 lph pump. Power goes to all four wheels through an Exedy twin-disc clutch, five-speed manual transmission, and limited-slip differential in front and back. The car’s suspension features Fortune Auto 500 Series adjustable coilovers and Evo V Brembo brakes. Covering those are OZ Racing F1 17-inch wheels with Yokohama Advan Sport A\/S 225\/45 tires.
