The truck received the dependable 6.2 L LS3 V8 making 525 hp (386 kW) and 486 lb-ft (658 Nm) of torque. Behind the motor is a 6L90E six-speed automatic transmission and 9-inch rear end. The motor and transmission run on a Terminator X Max ECU with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.holley.com\/products\/fuel_systems\/fuel_injection\/terminator_x\/gm_6_speed_transmission_control\/parts\/558-499\">transmission kit<\/a>. The truck sits on a <a href=\"https:\/\/roadstershop.com\/product\/1973-87-c10-slammed\/\">Roadster Shop Slammed Spec chassis<\/a> with adjustable coilovers and parallel 4-link rear suspension. The truck has plenty of braking thanks to Baer Pro+ six-piston calipers with 14-inch rotors on each corner.
