The motor features a Dart block, Callies crank and rods, SDPC\/Wiseco pistons, and <a href=\"https:\/\/sdparts.com\/i-24532030-sdpc-spicy-special-big-cubic-inch-big-blower-camshaft-for-gen-iii-hemi.html\">SDPC Spicy Special camshaft<\/a>. The camshaft has 234\u00b0\/248\u00b0 duration and 0.615-in\/0.618-in lift. On top of the motor is a 130 mm throttle body and 3.8 L Whipple supercharger. The motor made 1281 hp and 1100 lb-ft of torque with a 4.125-inch top pulley making 16.9 psi of boost. It made 1344 hp and 1181 lb-ft with a 3.75-inch top pulley making 19.6 psi of boost. It made 1404 hp and 1354 lb-ft with 3.00-inch top pulley making 25.4 psi of boost. However the 3.00-inch pulley resulted in belt slipping.
