Johan&#8217;s daily driver is a Toyota Hilux (RZN149) sleeper powered by a 2.5 L 1JZ-GTE (non-VVTi) inline-six. The motor features a Turbosmart 5862 turbocharger, Turbosmart Gen5 50 mm Pro-Gate wastegate, 6Boost T3 exhaust manifold, Bosch DBW 74 mm throttle body, <a href=\"https:\/\/golebysparts.au\/products\/golebys-parts-jz-r35-ignition-coil-kit\">Goleby&#8217;s Parts R35 Coil Kit<\/a>, and Fenix 450x300x76 intercooler. It runs on 95 octane fuel fed by a Walbro 460 lph pump through Bosch 1000 cc injectors controlled by a Haltech Elite 2500 ECU. The combo easily produces 344 hp (253 kW) on 12 psi (0.8 bar) of boost. The 1JZ motor is paired to a W56 five-speed manual transmission and GT86 rear differential. Johan plans to swap the W56 for a 8HP50 eight-speed automatic transmission.
