This 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 arrived at PaxPower<\/a> for a series of upgrades. In the engine bay the factory 5.3L EcoTec3 (L82\/L84<\/a>) V8 had many miles. The owner wanted more displacement so PaxPower swapped in a 6.6 L L8T<\/a> V8 found in the 2021+ Chevy 2500\/3500\/4500. These motors are capable of 401 hp (299 kW) and 464 lb\u22c5ft (629 Nm). They feature an iron block, forged connecting rods, and do not have start-stop or cylinder deactivation. PaxPower also installed their Jackal package<\/a>. This features a Mazzulla long travel front suspension, wider control arms, King 2.5-inch coilovers and shocks. The body receives their 4-inch wider fenders which cover 17\u00d79-inch Method wheels wearing BFGoodrich 37-inch tires. <\/p>\n
