Lauri Heinonen<\/a> and his Nissan 180SX competes in the European drifting series Drift Masters<\/a>. Lauri’s monster coupe has double the cylinders and almost thrice the displacement over the factory motor. Under the hood sits a supercharged 358 ci (5.8L) NASCAR Dodge R5P7 V8. The motor features an aluminum block, forged internals, Mopar P7 ported heads, dry sump, JTK Composites<\/a> 3d-printed intake manifold, and 8-into-1 exhaust headers. A Vortech centrifugal supercharger helps the push-rod motor produce 960 hp (706 kW) and 854 Nm (629 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels. The drivetrain uses a four-speed dogbox and Bulldog XR-420i quick-change rear end. The coupe rides on a full Wisefab suspension and a set of BC Racing remote reservoir adjustable coilovers.<\/p>\n
