In 2024 HWA AG<\/a> debuted their EVO<\/a> car. An amazing modern tribute to the Mercedes 190E EVO. Fast forward several years and HWA released their EVO R<\/a> race car built for racing at 24 Hours of N\u00fcrburgring. The EVO R is powered by a twin-turbo V6 and six-speed sequential transaxle. HWA does not state on their website if the EVO R is using the same M276 V6 at the EVO. The EVO R engine produces 560 hp (411 kW) while the EVO engine produces 500 hp (367 kW). The only other details released by HWA on the EVO R are a top speed of 281 km\/h (174 mph) and weight of 1470 kg (3240 lb) thanks to a full carbon fiber body.<\/p>\n
