Revline Racing<\/a> and their Porsche 968 GT1 visited Geller\u00e5sen Arena track<\/a> in Sweden for the fourth round of the Timeattack.se series. The team’s goal was a sub-1 minute lap which would be a record for a production-based car. With Alx Danielsson<\/a> behind the wheel, the car went 59.86 and then 59.60 in the next session. Revline Racing built their Porsche 968 with a factory floorpan and tube frame. It is covered by a carbon fiber body and extreme AMB Aero package with DRS<\/a> (Drag Reduction System). Under the hood sits a turbocharged Honda K24 inline-four making of 1,000+ hp (735+ kW). Power is sent to the rear wheels through an Albins ST6 six-speed sequential transaxle.
