The factory 1.0 L inline-three and hybrid components were replaced with a naturally aspirated K-series inline-four. The high compression motor consists of a ported K20 head, K24 block, Bryan Crowler crank, CP pistons, forged rods, Skunk2 cams, Kinsler fuel injection, and Injector Dynamics 1340 cc injectors.
