They allowed dealerships to get GM to swap engines into cars they normally would not produce. Tim Allen has always loved COPO Camaros since he was a kid and set out to create his own. The task was given to builder Bodie Stroud to take Tim&#8217;s completely busted shell and turn it into something amazing.
