It&#8217;s had eight previous owners. One or maybe all the previous owners contributed to a list of issues including hitting a guard rail which is why the body has newer model panels. The owner priced different powerplant options such as supercharging the 3.4 L M96 flat-six for $10K, turbocharging it for $15K, increasing the displacement to 3.8 L for $25K, or installing a used GT3 motor for $40K. In the end they decided to replace the flat-six with a LS6 V8. The owner had a shop make the adapter plate kit which cost $1,850 (is $3,000 less than the Renegade kit) and uses a custom flywheel, Porsche clutch, GM starter, and GM flexplate.<\/p>\n<div
