Guy King’s Toyota Corolla KE20 called “KING20” was previously powered<\/a> by a turbocharged 3.0 L RB30 inline-six. That changed after visiting FAB LAB<\/a> where the RB30 was replaced with a turbocharged Barra inline-six built by TBRE Performance<\/a>. The motor features TBRE\/CP pistons, Spool Imports Prodrag rods, TBRE Raceport head, Ferrea stainless valves, PAC springs, TBRE Stage 5 camshafts, and a Garrett GTX55 Gen2 turbocharger. FAB LAB also installed a new firewall, tubular front end and control arms, mounts, custom intercooler, exhaust, custom steering column, and steering rack conversion. It will be exciting to see what the little Corolla can do with a bigger heart.<\/p>\n
