To get the intake to face forward, Michael flipped the intake runners and plugged the EGR port. Then he cut just before the throttle body and welded it back at a downward angle to clear the factory hood. He installed a modified K&#038;N S2000 intake system with a factory F22C throttle cable and throttle body. The Vibrant coolant hoses connect to a <a href=\"http:\/\/k-tuned.3dcartstores.com\/In-Line-Billet-T-stat-Housing-w-Stant-T-Stat_p_157.html\">K-Tuned billet thermostat housing<\/a> before a Mishimoto dual-core radiator. He used an Alloy Craft heater valve relocation bracket to turn the coolant lines at the firewall. He notched the oil pan since he is using a K24 Accord starter which sits under the oil pan. Michael retained the factory gauges thanks to a modified S2000 wiring harness he built and an AEM Series 2 EMS.
