Circuit Motorsports specializes in Subaru servicing and performance upgrades. So when they decided they were going to enter the $2014 Grassroots Motorsports Challenge it would have to involve a Subaru in some way. But the decision to use a Justy and a Mustang was made purely because of the name it made when combining the two. The project’s process was simple, wrap the 1993 Justy body completely around a 1999 Mustang Cobra and go race. Unfortunately plans simple in principal usually are more difficult in practice. The company’s first priority was getting customer’s work completed so work on the Justang couldn’t be finished for the $2014 Challenge. The team took another year to work on the project and unveiled it at the $2015 Challenge. The wait was worth it because they placed 6th overall and took home the Competitor’s Choice Award.<\/p>\n
