This 2001 Ford Focus RS features a custom cowl hood indicating there something unusual. Under that is a 3.0 L Whipple supercharger on top of a 5.0 L Coyote V8 with custom exhaust headers. Behind the V8 is a T45 five-speed manual transmission. From there power is sent to a 8.8-inch rear end from a Mustang with an Eaton TrueTrac limited-slip differential and 3.73 ratio. The driver and passenger are held in place thanks to Recaro seats with G-Force 5-point harnesses and protected by a roll cage. The unique car sold at Barrett-Jackson for $35,200.

I’m sorry the motor makes 442hp NA so how is the power only 500hp with a massive 3.0 whipple? Prob more like 750-760 tbh
