This 1976 AMC Pacer has had its original inline six cylinder engine replaced with a LS1. Besides the 1986 Lincoln LSC rear end swap, the rest of the car appears to be left alone.

I love it, it’s a great sleeper.
I am getting ready to do pretty much the same swap. Any more specific info I could get would be great.
Thanks,
Jerry
Just bought a 76 Pacer looking to install a LS, any tips for motors mounts or headers? I can fab the mounts if needed but was hoping they could be purchased.
Paul I have only come across a few LSx swapped Pacers and I believe all were custom mounts. I did come across someone talking about how they built their mounts for a Gremlin http://ls1tech.com/forums/conversions-hybrids/1548789-4-8-gremlin-2.html#post16347085
