This is an answer to a question no one asked/
No it’s not. Most powerful version of Regal had a V8 with around 150 hp (not counting turbo versions like T Type and GNX since this clearly wasn’t one), while V6 versions had 92-130 hp. So with this inline 4 it’s probably faster than stock.
