A LS376/525 is a LS3 crate engine offered by GM with an ASA camshaft installed to increase power to 525 horsepower and 489 lb-ft torque. This Monte Carlo just so happens to have one along with a T-56 Super Magnum six-speed transmission. It was built by GM Performance to show off its crate engine tech and made its debut at this years Power Tour. This car is so immaculate I assume it was a complete frame-off restoration. Just look at that engine bay.

Hi, I just got my ls3 installed into my 88 MC and having a little trouble figuring out how to make the AC compressor work. I was told that the AC connector from the LS3 harness will control the idle and that the original AC wire will control the power and ground. Do I have to intergrade both wires to make it work? Can somebody please help me out? would really appreciated.
How much did you end up coming out of pocket I’m trying to do the same with my 88
