Installing a LSA into a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass – Part 1

V8 Speed & Resto Shop started a six-part video series on a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The owner had previously restored the car and made it look like a Oldsmobile 442 but wanted a lot more power and dependability. The series will follow the team as they upgrade the drivetrain with a supercharged 6.2 L LSA and 4L80E automatic transmission.

  1. This is my idea of a perfect engine swap. Great looking car and great engine transmission combination. The video says six parts but I could only find two, sure would like to see the other four.

    1. I apologize. I should have clarified at the time of this article being published there was only one episode. Since then they have released one more. I have updated the article title to reflect this is only part 1.
