Under the hood PAC Performance installed one of their “FD 13BT Street” motors. The turbocharged two-rotor features new housings, DBW throttle body, Garrett G42 turbocharger, and Turbosmart 50 mm ProGate wastegate. It is fed E85 fuel by three Walbro in-tank pumps through 2000 cc injectors. The combo is good for 500+ hp to the wheels on a Motec M130 ECU.

Behind the motor is a C4 three-speed automatic transmission. The driver selects gears via paddle shifters thanks to a PCS transmission controller. In the back of the car is a shortened Ford 9-inch rear end with 35-spline axles.
