This Fiat Panda 4×4 came from the factory with a 1.2 L Fire 8v inline-four producing 60 hp and five-speed transmission. It visited TRS Racing for more power and a transmission rebuild. The company swapped the factory motor for a 1.4 L Fire 16v inline-four from a Fiat Punto making 100 hp. TRS Racing also installed a six-speed with longer gears. The finishing touch was a new exhaust system. Watch the full build in the video below.

Man, I love this kind of swaps. Sure, it’s less flashy than “7000 hp V12 swapped Chevy Vega” and the likes, but you can be sure it’ll actually be driven on the streets, regurlaly, by an owner who loves it dearly.
