Citroën 2CV with a BMW motorcycle flat-twin

Will Holman from Practical Performance Car featured this red Citroën 2CV built by Pete Sparrow at Sparrow Automotive. The classic car was originally powered by an air-cooled 602 cc flat-twin making around 30 hp. Pete Sparrow swapped an air-cooled 1130 cc flat-twin from a BMW R 1150 RT motorcycle. The BMW motor is producing 115 hp and sending it through the Citroën transaxle with a upgraded limited-slip differential. The car also had the factory 2CV 15-inch wheels widened one inch for wider tires. Listen to the owner explain the car to Will before he takes it for a test drive.
