1967 Chevelle with a LS3 V8

This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle went to Classic Car Studio for a new life. While there the company installed a 376 ci LS3 V8 built by Don Hardy Race Cars. The motor produces 580 hp on a Holley Terminator X ECU and features a custom stainless steel exhaust fabricated by Classic Car Studio. A T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission transfers power to a Ford 9-inch rear end. The Chevelle rides on a Roadster Shop Fast Track chassis using a C7 Corvette hub and spindle, SV by Fox coilovers, splined sway bars, and 4-bar rear suspension. Behind the Forgeline OE wheels (18×8, 18×12) are Baer six-piston brakes. Classic Car Studio rebuilt the interior with SoundSkins sound deadening under black carpet. In the dash are Dakota Digital gauges, controls for the Vintage Air AC system, and Retro Auto Sound radio. View more photos of the project in the build album.
