1952 GMC Truck with a twin-charged Mercedes OM606 diesel inline-six

Luke Dale and his company Diesel Pump UK spent a lot of effort building a 1952 GMC truck. The heart of the project is a twin-charged 3.0 L Mercedes OM606 diesel inline-six capable of 600 hp. The motor was built by Luke with upgraded rods and valve springs, Diesel Pump UK exhaust manifold and billet body fuel pump, BorgWarner S300 66 mm turbocharger, and a Kenne Bell 2.8 L supercharger. Backing the diesel motor is a Gearstar Pro Series 4L80 four-speed automatic transmission with a manual valvebody and Currie 9-inch rear end. Listen to Luke explain the truck’s engine setup before testing on the dyno.
