We discovered this 1993 Ford SVT Lightning that sold at Mecum Auctions while searching for unique truck projects. It is powered by a 7.3 L Godzilla V8 and 6R140 six-speed automatic transmission from a 2023 Ford E-450. The motor features a Texas Speed Stage 1 truck camshaft and spring kit, VVT delete, Ford Performance intake, and GT500 throttle body. The motor and transmission run on a reprogrammed control pack by MARS Auto and custom wiring harness. A custom driveshaft sends power to a rebuilt 8.8-inch rear end with 3.73 ratio and LSD. The rebuilt front disc brakes and drum brakes are covered by 2nd generation Lightning wheels (20×9, 20×10). The factory interior features a 1994 Mustang steering wheel, 2021 Chevy Tahoe center console, and Dakota Digital gauges.
