Stig Bredesen from Buldre Racingteam attended the Oslo Motor Show and put on a show with his 1988 BMW 318i E30. The car is powered by a turbocharged BMW M50 inline-six featuring 328i crankshaft, forged pistons and rods, and 328i head. In 2020 the motor was making 870 hp (639 kW) and 965 Nm (711 lb-ft) on a Precision 6466 turbocharger and E85 fuel. The motor is now making 900+ hp (671 kW) and 1000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque to the wheels. The motor is paired to a Samsonas six-speed sequential transmission, custom driveshaft, and BMW M5 rear end.
