James Dominik from J&J Vehicle Engineering built his custom Subaru Justy J12 for drag racing. The car originally came with a 1.2 L inline-three and 4WD drivetrain. It is now powered by a twin-turbo 4.0 L Toyota 1UZ V8 capable of 1,000 hp. The motor features forged rods and pistons, two GT35 turbochargers, and MegaSquirt ECU. James backed the motor with a T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission and narrowed Ford 9-inch rear end. Everything sits on a custom tubular chassis with a 200SX front suspension and parallel 4-link rear suspension.
