Dan Maxwell built this 1978 Ford F-250 Highboy for Avery Sly at his company Danny’s Vintage Fords in Arizona. The truck is powered by a 460 ci (7.5L) big-block V8 from a ’90s Ford truck with aluminum heads. Behind that is an automatic transmission, NP205 transfer case, and Dana 60 axles. The F-250 rides on a 4-inch lifted suspension with Battle Born Brakes behind Method 305 17-inch wheels with Toyo Open Country A/Ts 35×12.5-inch tires. Fat Fender Garage created the custom interior with brown Italian leather from Apex Leather with “Grand Canyon” Pendleton fabric accents.
