1951 Ford F1 with a Supercharged Coyote V8

Texas SpeedLab Performance completed work on this 1951 Ford F-1 truck. Under the classic hood is a supercharged 5.0 L Coyote V8 capable of 900 hp (661 kW). The motor features billet oil pump gears, billet crankshaft sprocket, 3.0 L Whipple supercharger, and Wizard Cooling Performance aluminum radiator. Exhaust is routed to the sides through Spintech race mufflers, X-pipe, and 3-inch oval tubing. Behind the motor is a T56 Magnum six-speed manual transmission and S197 Mustang rear end. The truck rides on a Mustang II front suspension, 4-link rear suspension, and stops thanks to Wilwood six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes. On the inside you find 2015+ Mustang power seats, Sparco steering wheel, Fat Fender Garage pedal kit, and Dakota Digital gauges.

  1. I see a part of the rear frame rails have been boxed. One imagines significant flexibility in that frame. Mr. Toad’s wild ride?
