Dario Diaz is an engineer and master fabricator. On his channel Diaz ENG, Dario is converting a Lamborghini Aventador to electric. The project starts with a salvaged 2018 Lamborghini Aventador SV that suffered an engine fire. After repairing the damage he went to work swapping the front drive unit and large drive unit (LDU) from a 2014 Tesla Model S. Dario used his skills and CAD program to design and fabricate custom mounts and chassis supports. The drive units with be powered by 16 Tesla battery modules Dario will split between the front and rear.
