1972 Chevy Suburban with a supercharged LSx V8

Pro Touring Texas spent three years creating this 1972 Chevrolet Suburban called “Bright Idea” at their company in Springtown, Texas. The wagon is now powered by a supercharged 6.2 L LSX376-B15 V8 easily making 800 hp (588 kW). The motor features cast iron block, forged steel crank, forged rods, forged aluminum pistons, and Jokerz Performance ported LSA supercharger. The drivetrain uses a 4L85 four-speed automatic transmission and 9-inch rear end. The Suburban rides on a Roadster Shop REVO chassis featuring an airbag suspension and Baer six-piston brakes. Covering those are Billet Specialties Invader 2 wheels (19×11, 19×12) with Nitto Invo tires (285/35, 345/30). The custom interior uses TMI seats, Corbeau harnesses, suede leather headliner, Vintage Air AC system, and Dakota Digital gauges.
