The “Flying Baker” is a custom 1977 Dodge W200 truck built for tractor pulling. Arjan Kolkman has documented the wild truck competing for several years. The Flying Baker is powered by a twin-turbo 9.0 L Detroit Diesel 6V92TT V6. The two-stroke diesel motor produces 307 hp (229 kW) and 957 lb-ft (1298 Nm) of torque in factory spec. We are sure the Flying Baker’s V6 is making more thanks to upgraded injectors. All the torque is sent to the large rear tires through an Allison 740HT automatic transmission and Dutch DAF rear end.
