Rich Bosch from Deboss Garage built this 1993 Ford F-350 to haul projects around Canada. He swapped the factory 7.5 L 385-series V8 for a 7.2 L Caterpillar 3126B diesel inline-six pulled from a school bus. The rebuilt Caterpillar motor features larger injectors, CAT HEUI pump, larger intake manifold, and FASS fuel system. Behind that is an Allison 2000 GM 4WD five-speed automatic transmission built by Xcalliber Transmission. It features 4th-generation internals, wide-ratio gears, LML BorgWarner clutches, and a TC221 billet torque converter. Rich also upgraded the F-350 with a King Ranch leather interior, Super Duty dashboard and console, and Firestone air rides suspension. You can watch the full build series here.
