This Land Rover Defender was built by MW Machines 4×4 in the UK. The company specializes in BMW motor swaps in Defenders. So this Defender is now powered by a 3.0 L BMW N57 turbodiesel inline-six and ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. The motor features a factory longblock, Piezo fuel injectors, custom intercooler, and Darkside Development’s GTD2872 turbocharger. The combination produced 392 hp (288 kW) and 630 lb-ft (854 Nm) of torque. Watch the Defender on the dyno and a test drive in the video below.
