Andi Riley works on VW Transporters at his company Not Just Campers in Wakefield, England. In 2016 he built a unique AWD Transporter with a 4.2 L V8. Fast forward to 2024 and Andi decided to build another one. Over the course of several months Andi swapped a 4.2 L FSI V8 from an Audi RS4 (B7) into a VW Transporter T5. Andi added two turbochargers to help the motor produce 832 hp (611 kW) and 847 Nm (624 lb-ft) of torque. Behind the motor is an Audi six-speed manual transmission and Quattro AWD drivetrain.
