While going through our archives of unpublished articles we came across this project. Australian builder Queen Street built a BMW 3-series dragster with a 26B four-rotor. The engine and GT60 turbocharger is good for 1,664 horsepower and 1,158 lb-ft of torque on the dyno. The car is also said to have cost $1,000,000 when you added in the gold plating. The best quarter-mile was 7.2 seconds at 196 mph at the time of the source articles publishing.
